Who: 4 year olds (must be 4 by 8/15/21)
What to bring:
- Birth Certificate **Substitute Documents accepted
- Immunization Record
- Physical Form
- Proof of Residency in Tullahoma
- Proof of Income
- Social Security Number **Not Required
When: Registration starts April 14, 2021
Where: East Lincoln Elementary School
Application packets will be available Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 2:00 pm starting April 14 and runs through May 28
