The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program provides federal funding to establish or expand community learning centers. Current guidelines for the administration of the 21st CCLC grant can be found under Title IV B of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)[20 U.S.C. 7171-7176]. Tullahoma City Schools has received this grant to support before and after-school programming beginning in the 2019-2020 school year at Bel-Aire Elementary, East Lincoln Elementary, Jack T. Farrar Elementary, East Middle School, and West Middle School.
