On March 20, 2020, the Governor of the State of Tennessee issued Executive Order No. 16 suspending certain provision of Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, Chapter 44, Part 1 (“Open Meetings Act”), as to all governing bodies, such as the Tullahoma Board of Education, allowing these boards to meet and conduct their essential business by electronic means.  The Tullahoma Board of Education has determined that meeting electronically is necessary to protect public health, safety, and welfare in light of the recent outbreak of COVID-19. As a result, the Tullahoma Board of Education shall meet electronically until further notice.
